沙漠中的绿洲:森林奇境·沐足SPA旗舰店

      工作、家庭等多方压力带来的身心疲惫和过度消耗是当代中国都市年轻人的普遍生活状态。而流行的夜店、KTV、电子游戏等减压休闲活动也在消耗着他们的剩余能量。源于中医足疗法的、拥有千余年历史的传统足浴疗养,或许是个快速回血充电的新思路。对于一个面向年轻人的全新休闲养生品牌而言,首要任务就是跳脱消费者对行业的刻板印象,实现具有区隔化的足浴消费体验升级。

      设计团队选择独角仙作为品牌的icon形象,因为它是治愈、能量和生命力的象征。延展出适应印刷、屏幕、立体装置等不同媒介的完整形象,并贯穿线上和线下终端,共同讲述旅行者在沙漠中长途跋涉至绿洲,并最终在独角仙的指引下找到奇境(Wonderland)的故事;就像都市青年带着生活压力进入森林奇境,通过足浴和SPA放松身体、治愈精神的过程。

      通过对足浴及SPA服务环节的调研,结合空间功能布局与动线设置,设计师让消费者的体验流程和品牌故事在空间中交错呼应,共同构建完整的品牌形象和体验场景。探店小册子及线上小程序,两者都帮助增强门店的服务功能;除此之外,应用物料与周边产品也从不同维度加深品牌印记。

      门店位于当地最热门步行街的三楼,从直梯上楼直接进入店面。入口处有意设计了多个弧面墙体,以多重路径引导消费者进入更深处的空间,将“探寻”作为森林奇境体验的第一个环节。同时整体造型也回应了山城独特的地貌特征,让重庆当地人或慕名体验足浴服务的外地游客都能获得共鸣。墙体之间放置了品牌周边产品的售卖展柜,外观是沙漠绿洲中给旅行者带来惊喜的藏宝箱。

      进入等候区,光线柔和的空间帮助到店客人调整情绪;装置和灯光共同营造恰到好处的神秘感和戏剧性,让排队等待变得不那么枯燥。当客人准备进入房间时,会先前往换鞋区,以月光下的滩涂为概念呈现梦幻和诗意的场景。一方面用曲线型的半围闭座位进行视线阻挡,缓解公共区域换鞋的尴尬感受;另一方面通过氛围的渲染对消费者发出预告,提示即将到来的足浴和SPA体验。

      与公共空间不同,房间的设计更强调舒适度、私密性和”去装饰化“。极简纯粹的空间配合专业的灯光设计,让消费者真正放松并沉浸其中。而SPA房间的浴池上方使用磨砂玻璃,内嵌LED屏幕持续播放树荫斑驳的光影动态效果。店面的另一个入口是商场内的手扶梯,以镀彩锌材质包裹形成整体的洞口形态,创造故事主线之外的彩蛋空间。
