日本大阪荞麦面餐厅设计/ Design Ground 55

      在设计了Shuhari Dojima的四年后,Design Ground 55又设计了一家荞麦面餐厅Shuhari Kuromon。餐厅位于大阪当地历史悠久的黑门市场附近。他们与一名建筑师合作,加固了旧的榻榻米铺,并将其改造成一家日本餐厅。

      在室内,设计师熊本保留了梁上方的粘土墙,保持它们的清洁,因为他们的政策是尽可能多地使用原始材料。另外,维修和清洁后,他们仍然使用原来的天花板。他们在餐厅里创造了一个小房间来制作荞麦面,就像他在Shuhari Dojima里做的那样。在座位区,入口处有一个长长的柜台,后面有沙发的沙龙式区域。从舒适的沙发座位,顾客可以看到小苔藓花园。此外,从厕所可以看到花园。
